Leaving Its Mark....

.....the unexpected snow covering we had here, when the rain turned to snow before dawn today.

We had around an inch if that, and it did not freeze beforehand, so thankfully was largely slushy underfoot.

The roads largely cleared around here during the day, with temperatures around 4 degrees celcius.
