Autumn not winter here...

A day of rain! there were a few snowflakes about at about 8am this morning but it soon turned back to rain and hasn't stopped since!

so we've stayed local today and took a walk to the post office to get some Christmas stamps, but found a sign on the window that they weren't going to be open for another half an hour! So we took refuge in the local cafe for a cuppa while we waited!

Lots of starlings in the garden today so they're going through the food quickly! Also had my fox visit, and another fox too who has head tilt and is much more nervous than the other fox - glad she visits though too and enjoys the food we put out!

this is the view from our landing window so it's lovely watching the tree in all its' glory - wouldn't want to be a car parked underneath it though!
