Oh my word!

What could have been? I made Banana muffins for the freezer, after all the mixing I went to put them in the Air Fryer - only to find it not working. I didn’t get around to making Lemon Muffins, then I was on the phone to Amazon and then Ninja to get it all sorted, hopefully it’s sorted now. I managed to use the old gas oven for the banana muffins, but some of them caught on the edge, but ah! We ate one each and we are still ok.
