Snowfall

This is exactly the same bedroom window view as yesterday's blip, but with added snow. Quite heavy (about 10cm as measured on top of our picnic bench) snowfall here in the Marches. The village school was closed, our very steep narrow lane was impassable all morning and the power was off for eight hours. Early afternoon it all started to thaw and now the power is back on. I took the spaniel out for a walk down to the village. He's much less impressed by snow than he used to be. Tomorrow's hill walk in deepest Powys has already been cancelled so I'll have to find an alternative.
