Nocturnal

Didn't get a wink last night - terrible pain, which has sadly become the norm.

Saw my new GP mid-afternoon, she read my MRI report then made out as though nothing was the matter. Being unable to walk for over 7 weeks means something is the matter. I'd gone in prepared, homework done, and came out with a spinal consultant referral. Now booked for the end of the month.
Oh, how I would have loved a walk in today's snow...
