A Saturday evening at the Ballet

I made another visit to the Finnish National Ballet, this time to see A Death in Venice - it is based upon the novella by Thomas Mann.  

The choreography is by John Neumeier, with music by Johan Sebastian Bach and Richard Wagner.  It had its world premier on 7 December 2003 in Hamburg, its Finnish Premier was held on 1 November 2024.
