Scruffy Pigeon

We had snow this morning, massive wet flakes that didn't settle. 

This isn't just any old wood pigeon that I have snapped through the window. I think it is one that had been visiting regularly and was concerning me. It had something wrong with its neck, head and eyes. I haven't seen it for a while and thought that it might have died. This bird looks a bit scruffy about the neck. I think it could be the affected bird which is recovering.
