Into winter
Today we had snow! It was pretty, but didn't settle. Continued half the day. I went out in it, and didn't get as wet as if it had been rain.
Now, what else? I found my long woolly scarf, my gloves, my hat with a light ( it's rechargeable! who knew?) and wore my hi-viz vest for the first time this season. Have ordered a reflective belt because it's a bit more discreet and less all-embracing.
Went to the GP again. Instead of telling me how marvellously I was doing on the BP meds, he suggested I needed another one, as the diastolic pressure is still over 8O. And then I have to have a blood test in two weeks, and they can't help with the constipation that the meds cause, apart from suggesting further meds or linseed, which I already know about. Gah! I'm becoming an old lady. I don't like it. However, the headaches are almost gone. And the doctor is kind.
Work was hard. It is, in my line. But the poetry class was excellent tonight, and I don't have to go into the surgery tomorrow. That's good, because it's supposed to be even colder.
The other good news is that I remembered to take off my fluffy dressing gown before attending a Teams meeting of health professionals.
