Keep the home fires burning...

...well certainly in London we can't have open fires with wood burning but perhaps in the Kent countryside you can, l dont know.  What l do know is that at the moment outside it is 2° but 'feels like -7°C!  It is very cold.  There are warnings for icy roads, l may go into Canterbury later on today but will take stock in a couple of hours time.
