First Christmas Lunch

Fine Christmas season is starting…. I had my first Christmas meal today. It was the last meeting of our Sight Advice Group and we had lunch in a local pub. I couldn’t cope with Turkey so far ahead of Christmas Day, so I had lasagne. I had trifle for dessert. Portions were huge, so I only ate half of my dinner. Our organiser did prepare a great Christmas Quiz. We were invited to get into groups, but I was the only one who did. We had a range of Christmas questions, ranging from naming Father Christmas’s reindeer, to how many cards are sent. This one caused a lot of comments about the cost of postage! We enjoyed the quiz.
As I forgot to take any pictures I got the sun going down as we drove home.
