Ready for school!

Last Wednesday Violet was feeling under the weather but, I felt, well enough for a little home schooling.  By the Thursday it was clear that she had a very sore throat indeed and a temperature.  She missed several events at the weekend because she felt too poorly and from Monday she stayed with us, bring antibiotics with her,  still feeling rather unwell.  Today, Tuesday, we did some work at home and it was clear that by tomorrow she would be well enough for school as this picture taken this evening shows.  She did dress up but had to add some 'Joker' make up to complete the ensemble.  She did ask Alexa to play music from the Nutcracker to dance to though!
