A later visit to the Health Club

We had another snowfall during the night and quite a serious frost. I glanced at it and decided not to go to the gym until the roads had cleared a bit.

The later start meant that the newly opened spa department was available. I checked it out for the first time. It’s pretty. It has a range of hot tubs, plunge pools, jacuzzis, steam rooms as well as treatments and a glass of Prosecco for £9.50.

I go to the health club to swim so I’m happy with the later start for the spa. It has certainly meant that our lovely outdoor pool is quieter in the morning.

It was fabulous today. Refreshingly cool and perfect as the sun rose and we could appreciate the intense and dramatic light.

No blips from there - no paparazzi allowed. 

So my attention seeking cat Suki kept posing in the light and she ‘s my blip.
