It may feel like winter …

… but it’s still meteorological autumn for another ten days.

Anyway, it was a beautiful sunny day as Rory and I had our lunchtime walk today, and he loved snuffling around in the leaves. 

In other news, Emmy was at the vet and lives to fight another day … as Sue the vet said ‘she’s just old’ (she is their old patient, and I suspect that her sister, Millie, is the second oldest). Emmy is back for a check up in two weeks, so we shall see how things are then. 

Now back home relaxing and looking forward to ‘The Chase’.
