Blue Skies & Clouds

What a frosty start to the day, but the sun soon saw it away. Had an interval class this morning. We have had a couple of weeks off and my arms were feeling a bit fragile after 45mins holding 2kg weight in each hand. Knew I should have kept up exercising!!!

Sue came after my class me on route to Atlantic Village. We had a walk around I didn't purchase anything, but did enjoy wandering around the Gift Shop, they do have such wonderful things ;-)

Sue drove us back via the pretty route through Instow, where a quick stop for me to grab some phone images of the scene. Blue sky and wonderful cloud formations.
