Wide Wednesday - Straight

Lots of straight lines at Queen Street low level station.

Bitterly cold but sunny day for a trip to Edinburgh to treat Cousin Alison to a birthday lunch in Browns. Cocktails are essential on such occasions and today we both enjoyed a Cosmopolitan before our meal.

I caught an earlier train so that I had time to pop into the Scottish National Portrait Gallery to see the exhibition 'Celebrating 40 Years of Scotland's Photography', and was glad I did.
