First frost

of the year!

Not a great day in many ways, but my wonderful colleague cheered me up when I was feeling sad, I finished a needle case I was making for my mother-in-law, and had a great Russian lesson with my lovely teacher. D is out this evening so I have a little time to myself, hopefully to finish a book. 

There are many small things that remind me to be grateful.
