Today has been VERY cold. I did a little ice skating in the car on the way to work / school.

I had a very busy work day, but managed to nip out for a little jog at lunch time. I needed to de-stress. It seems to me that you can do anything you like so long as you say that it isn’t your intention to cause pain and suffering.

This was the car park as I left work this afternoon. The Amex is lit up in pink. Currently waiting for Noo to finish rugby training.
