Looking both ways

...on our walk today. Seaford Bay behind us (it was so clear you could see all the way along to Worthing) and walking towards the Seven Sisters. It was stunning but soooo cold! 
We both started the day at the gym and I went to aerobics. After our walk we had a coffee and sandwich in Seaford to warm up then visited a local artist's exhibition and picked up a bit of shopping .
