Warning! Ice!

Bbbrrrr a chilly, chilly start to the day with a huge job to remove the frozen snow from my car which was then, on the windscreen and windows, followed by a layer of ice underneath. Job done and off I went. :-)

It's been a bitterly cold day but there's been sunshine and I always thinks that takes the edge off, mentally if nothing else. However, it was, of course, pitch black by the time I was leaving work and off to meet Holly for a walk.

It was really lovely to share her company as we pounded the pavements. Endless, effortless chatter and that's something I just love about our friendship...you don't have to think about what you say, what you wear, or anything.
