Food in the making
Sweetheart had decided he'll make the Cretan spinage and cheese pies "Kalitsounakia" this week; so yesterday we'd done the shopping and he'd started the cooking of the ingredients... today was spent on making the dough and finally the pies.... he'd made 60 of them! 1/3 of them to give to friends later this week 1/3 for us to be used as lunch and dinner in coming days and 1/3 to be frozen for later. Now and then the quantities he cooks surprise me to the full :-)
Sweetheart made them in 2017 at mine in Holland
and in 2020 when I was here; he's made them more often, but then I wasn't around
