Book Bag Day

Today I went to our eldest grandson's P3 classroom where they were having a Book Bag event. Every 5-7 year old child in Scotland is gifted a bag of books and activities once a year designed to be used at home with their family. Parents, or in this case Granny go in to share the excitement of exploring the bag before the child takes it home. Here our grandson is drawing his special way of going faster than a cheetah inspired by the book, "Nothing is faster than a Cheetah"
Tomorrow I'll be back to join his younger brother in the P1 classroom.
