A shaggy parasol

I didn't get a chance for any epic snowy landscapes, but there's always something small scale on the farm. This shaggy parasol has probably been kicked over by a sheep.
I gather these are edible - but as Terry Pratchett so wisely said, "All mushrooms are edible - at least once".
