Baking

I slept most of the night. Yay. Now I’m in that phase where I’m super tired and dragging but unable to nap/sleep so easily irritable.

I had ordered what I needed to do my Thanksgiving baking for curbside pickup this morning and so went and picked it up.

I couldn’t get myself energized enough to begin any of the baking until the afternoon though.

I was doing a batch of pumpkin cheesecakes when my mixer decided it had had enough and quit on me.

Got the batch of cheesecakes baked but will wait to try and make them the ‘turkey’ guys I plan until later.

Kent has ordered me a new mixer that should be delivered tomorrow. Yay!
