Kangaroos galore!

On the drive down from Queensland I had commented a few times about how we hadn’t seen ANY kangaroos along the way … that’s 10.5hrs of driving, not one single kangaroo.

But here at Chateau Elan, they are right outside our patio! We can get quite close. We are getting our fill! And what wonderful creatures they are. You can see in this pic where the patio chair is and how close the kangaroo and joey are!

Our family left this morning, we shall miss them. Been good to spend so much time with them in a lovely part of NSW.

Martin and I headed out for a drive to take it all in. Went up to a lookout point. Then to check out where our hot air balloon will be taking off from. Then the cheese factory. Been a lovely day. Enjoying it all. No wine tasting today.
