On my walk

Had a conversation with my GP today, normal stuff about prescription renewal, but he was most interested in my progress 3 weeks after the surgery.
More than doubled the length of my walk today, little steps, little steps they say..
But, I was most pleased by the speed at which I was walking, it was more or less normal speed even for someone without a walker.
I was feeling quite a lot stiffer afterwards, let's see what the physio has to say about it tomorrow when I meet him for the first time


Ah well...
