The Last Leaves

The winter chill has arrived, with subzero temperatures overnight and frosty windscreens to sort out before the school run. On the upside, despite the cold, it’s a lovely sunny day with clear blue skies. A long day at work, but it was steady and not too busy. Plans are underway for the office Christmas party already… which I usually do my best to avoid, but I’ve been persuaded (nagged) to go along this year. The light outside was beautiful in the afternoon, with sunlight glowing up the last of the autumn leaves. I escaped for a while to find a good subject for my daily photo.
