The Everlasting

Quick blip of one of my daughter’s cactus plants, which seem to thrive on neglect. In fairness, if you can’t keep a cactus, you should stay well clear of anything with foliage.

Keeping it fairly local today with a jaunt into Glasgow to say goodbye to one of my long-standing clients who retires later this month, I’m going to miss his banter and also the business he brings. Things change and people move on, so I’m scouting another nearby potential in the area.

Hope this meets the Mono-themed challenge this week for Abstract Thursday, and a big thanks to Ingeborg for hosting.

'The world is full of refugees
They're just like you and just like me
But as people we have a choice
To end the void with all its force
So don't forget or don't pretend
It's all the same now in the end
It was set in a different life
Destroys my days and haunts my nights?’
