Short Stay

I dropped Mr isbi at the hospital at 7am for his cataract op and they called me to collect him at 9am! I don’t know what the medical system is coming to. All our recent encounters, and there have been plenty, have been so efficient.

I’m going to have to do the driving for the next couple of weeks. He normally does it all so that will knock me out of my comfort zone.
He is an excellent driver but a terrible back seat one. He reached over and knocked the automatic down a gear once today without so much as a by your leave!!
