A black and white day

I am a governor at a large primary school, (700 pupils).

Our black period has been the months and months of negotiations to become part of a multi-academy trust. Not helped by the change of government.

Our white moment was the email this morning stating that all paperwork is now signed and we will be part of the academy from 1/12/2024.

A big decision for both parties but In these turbulent times we felt we needed to be a part of a much larger organisation.
