Art?

Last day at brothers house. A lot of visitors and a theatre group took the circular saw ,wooden beams, many old telephones and much besides. Someone else took one of the showroom dummies  and more telephones.
The blip is a metal sign in his hallway. Hard to photograph as it is high on a wall and have to poke through the stairs. The sign is made of metal. Does anyone know what it means?
