This little bird,with its feathers plumped up made a sudden landing, ate a few of the Holly berries and then departed as swiftly as it had arrived. More like a Mistle Thrush than a Song Thrush I think!
A Freya day , today .unfortunately we missed biker tots as we had some car juggling to do . An engine fault light appeared a few weeks ago and do it needed a visit to the dealers in Burnley so that the engine computer could be read and then next week a return trip so it can be repaired. Thankfully Jess can often lend us her car but it takes a fair bit of juggling . Freya had two car naps ( hope she sleeps ok tonight )
I’m not keen on driving the Motorway stretch to Burnley in the dark , it rained on the way over and then it turned to snow so it was all a bit stressful. It’s good for me to make myself drive in these conditions though otherwise my world will just keep on getting smaller and smaller .
