ITCA

Woke early but not too early. It was cold. Being awake decided to get up and I was in the pool at 6.45. It was v quiet

Can't find and did an hour's work and then coffee with E who came to collect her plants.

Then up to Sainsbury's to reclaim £2.02, not a fortune but a matter of principle. They did a whole scan of my shopping last Saturday as she said singing was missing/mis-scanned. I don't normally check receipts but I did a couple of days later and saw If scanned the items (reduced price chicken) but in they rescan they'd removed that and rescanned at the incorrect higher price. So there I was with receipt and price tags rescued from the bin. I was vindicated and am now £2.02 better off. Then to get petrol when I realised my cards were in the bag I used yesterday a my phone didn't work. Got to go back and pay the debt.

A nice, sunny drive through to Cumbernauld to announce the news to staff (it went well), some more work, then home in the dark.

Had a relaxing evening watching more French Walter Presents though since worrying health news about J and D. I'm so lucky that, touch wood, my health is ok. They are falling apart.

Willow posed for once.
