Preparing for the storm.
With Storm Bert on the horizon, I thought I’d make a few curries and freeze them. Chicken is usually my go to meat for curries but I thought I’d have a change and use lamb mince and make a keema and pea curry or keema matar to give it its proper name.
The snow is still hanging about up here but I think Bert will finally get rid of it over the weekend.
