Lazy Blip

Swelling on ankle - the same one as I injured in Turkey was much reduced this morning  - after strapping it up walked to village- mainly on the gritted road to avoid icy pavements to pick up provisions 

The ultimate lazy blip taken of the other end of settee from end I was sat - have made notes on future bus pass excursions - perused the newspaper - done the puzzles - added dates to the diary - started reading the book and knit whilst watching tv whilst sat with foot raised again this afternoon
