Scorchio!

Nancy was a trifle rough this morn' after her post work drinks thing with her colleagues. I was driving the taxi from the station, so I was feeling righteous and a tad annoying.

To Melrose for coffee, bagels and a wander around the excellent Trimontium Museum. What did the Romans every do for us? Turns out we are probably are the Romans....and the Vikings and the Saxons, Celts, etc. 

Later, as the sun was setting, I jumped on my static bike (the Romans would be aghast at the uselessness of a static bike) in the garage and rode nowhere for 45mins.

Pizza and red wine for tea before the first winter storm of the season hits tonight.
