CRAFTS

This morning I finally finished my little craft project.
A few years ago I got The Rev a jam advent calendar (shame on 30th November he was moaning about how many jars of jam we had in the cupboard!!).
However as a teacher I often keep things that will be useful!!! So 24 mini jars have sat in our cupboard for 3 years!!! Now they have been recycled as hot chocolate gift sets for the church Christmas fair. 1 pot of hot chocolate, 1 of sprinkles and 1 of marshmallows. I’ve made 8!!!
In the afternoon I went to have a cuppa and a catch up with a friend I worked with for the last 2 years. She worked in the office and I met up with her when we went to Iceland in February. We had a lovely time and were entertained by her granddaughter who is nearly 2. What a sweetheart.

A nice day off…ready for the tough weekend.
