Emmaus

Plan was to visit my friend Anne today in Hastings, but she contacted me yesterday & cancelled as she was going out with her daughter. 
So I still went to Hastings because I'd ordered something online at a store there to collect today.
First I stopped off at Anne's to post her son's Birthday card in, then off to her daughter's house to deliver a be-lated birthday card for her daughter ..... STOP GROWING UP PLEASE!!
Then off to collect my purchase, but all the roads leading to the shop from where I was coming from were shut for roadworks, so I went to park in Emmaus Car Park & walked to Dunelm.
Got there & they'd cancelled my order.... GGGrrr!, anyway they found it, but I had to buy it again, luckily for me it had gone down in price, so all the messing around was worth it.
Walked back to Emmaus & went in for a look around where I bought a Tee Shirt for my daughter which had the slogan "Strong & Pretty" on it, also a nice fruit bowl.
Time to go home, late lunch, then when my Daughter came home I gave her the Tee Shirt, but she says she won't wear it out as she doesn't believe she is Strong or Pretty. Bless her.
