Musical interlude

I had a bit of a challenge getting to Arnside this morning, as we had snow overnight. Not very much, but it was very frozen and the county gritters hadn’t treated the roads around Milnthorpe. But I made it!
We had a great Christmas market, with a special extra treat for our customers. We had a piano recital by Robert Bell, one of our regulars and a world class pianist! This was very well received by our customers and made for a lovely atmosphere.
We only have three more markets before we finish for the year so the bakers will be busy!
