Notes: Woke a few times but slept until after 6a. Started sunny, Michelle left for the office before 730a. I put stew beef in the crock pot, had coffee and online - updated the SpeakOUT site, took a lovely bath and then did a couple hrs on Carlene's site setting up blog posts and on w/ the support help (that was no help at all). Shortly after, Zoom w/ Michelle Dion for awhile and then continued making updates to her site. Michelle got home and started prepping for tacos while I got to a stopping point. Dinner was good, I used my cottage cheese wrap that I made and froze at Kathy's (made a big taco) and then ate the other 1/2 of my leftover ribeye. We made hot beverages and had more of the Pistachio Macaron (Jeni's) ice cream and watched more episodes of Only Murders in the Building (just starting season 2). Took a break and tossed the football back and forth across the living room and did some stretching and then watched a little more before calling it an early night. Ended up working more on Michelle's website then and watched a little tv until after 10p.
