Snow comes to Sedbergh

Looking outside when I got up I could see we had snow. Sunny all day, but with temperatures of 1to -5 it stayed like this.
I went to an Author event at Westward Books. Local Author Polly Atkin has just published The Company of Owls. She tells us about the owls who live around her home in Grasmere and three owlets she has watched as they grow to adulthood. Another book sadly not available in audio.
I couldn’t resist taking a photo of my cat statue wearing a snow hat!
