HOORAY - WE FOUND THE CHOCOLATE STASH!

Good morning Lovely Blippers,

It’s cold, wet and miserable - well outside it is, but inside, we are very happy because we went hunting and found the chocolate stash.

Of course, we couldn’t let Mrs. HCB know about it because after all, we know she is a chocoholic and she could polish off this lot in about an hour or even less, so we just told Mr. HCB that we would be having a little Chocolate Party and he told us to go ahead and he would keep Mrs. HCB out of the way!  Can you imagine what she would look like if the resident chocoholic got her teeth into that ENORMOUS bar of chocolate? That would have made Admirer giggle - as if Mr. HCB can keep her out of the way!

I’m sure you all wish you could join us and we would love to have you, but people have been told not to travel today unless their journey is really necessary, so let us know if you would like to come to the next Chocolate Party and we will put your name on the list of “Special and Invited Guests”.

We are expecting a visitor in a couple of hours, so can’t hang around for long - as we need to go and do some dusting - but just need to remind you to stay safe and warm and above all BE KIND - you must get fed up of hearing this but especially as Christmas approaches, try and remember there will be many people on their own and they could be very sad - so why not do a R.A.C.K. which means a “Random Act of Christmas Kindness” for them.  You could buy some chocolate, or a Christmas pudding or cake or even spend some time with a lonely person - now that would be very kind!

Enjoy your weekend whatever you are doing - we heard the the Christmas switch-on of lights has been postponed until next week, which we think is a good idea, seeing all the rain and perhaps in some places, snow.
