Panda -monium

Rapid snow melt and continuous rain, an unwelcome combination for the people down in the village. The river level is rising rapidly, flood gates are up and sandbags are down. Up here on the hill we had an unexpected parcel delivery. A gift of biscuits and some other bits and pieces from our niece in Japan. As usual the design of the packaging is delightful.
