Reefing weather

Today's run report went something like this:

Trail shoes.

Himself wasn't 100% recovered but he'd arranged to meet friends at his 50th Volunteer / 300th Parkrun this morning so couldn't really not go. They all turned up, which was nice for him especially as the weather was so awful. I managed to run / walk and STILL get first (and possibly last) in age.

He went back to bed and I finished putting the hall back together (see extra for the new colours) and started moving some stuff out of the living room as we're having our wood burner replaced on Tuesday. It's all go in this house 

I was grating horseradish roots for the freezer just now. It's certainly cleared my sinuses!
