'Selfies in the Snow'

Today's parkrun was undoubtedly challenging.  

These were probably the worst conditions in the 15  years I've done it.

A biting wind,  horizontal sleet on your face, and slush underfoot made today's run along the prom at Cramond particularly memorable!

Despite the weather, these two were busy taking selfies before the start, which gives some idea of the conditions.
   
Though we were all pretty cold and wet by the finish, I was glad to have done it (achieving yet another GR or 'Got Round' -my days of Personal Bests have long passed!). 

A long hot shower at home afterwards was particularly welcome!
