Wet walk

Woke to rain.  The hound had no wish to venture out and went back to bed after breakfast.  Managed to get him out for a walk at 11 in light drizzle.

We had a dry walk mid-afternoon.  The temperature was noticeably higher and it was breezy.

Apart from two walks and preparing dinner and reading it's been a quiet day.

Last night started watching Shirley on Netflix, a biopic of Shirley Chisholm' s political career as the first black congresswoman.
