View from North Bridge

Out flat-hunting again tonight and took this shot from the car - I really must try and break this car-snapping habit, I'm sure I'll end up with a hefty fine one day soon. I'm ashamed to say I don't know what this building is that lies, I would think, on Waterloo Place and overlooks Waverly Station. Lovely evening, sun shining after the rain with huge rainbow arching over the city.
