Hunkering down...

...sheltering from Storm Bert, shortly before knocking the new squirrel-proof peanut feeder out of the tree. Had to buy a new feeder in Wells this week as Cyril knocked the previous one down and it has disappeared, can’t find it anywhere!

I’ve also been sheltering from Storm Bert, spending most of the day working on a photobook of pics from my recent trip to Saint Malo, a Christmas present for my travelling companion, P. 

As the day has gone on it has got warmer and warmer. Only a few days ago the overnight temperature dropped well below freezing, tonight it’ll be 15 degrees. Both balmy and barmy!
