Albert

Storm Bert arrived today. Although the media keep referring to the storm as Bert, this is a shortened version of Albert, so the proper name of the Storm must be Albert.

We did have heavy rain and a fairly strong wind, but we have had worse on many other occasions, so the worst of the storm must have bypassed Aberdeen.

In the afternoon, we made a visit to Mal Maison for a glass of wine . We were quite cozy sitting next to the tree. There was nobody in the bar when we arrived at about 2 pm, but it filled up while we were there and was quite busy when we left. We stayed just over an hour.
