I spent a lot of my time at home after work on the phone to SSE regarding the house's gas account. The account is in my parent's name and I tried to change it, but the man on the phone insisted I had to make a new one.

He said the gas would cost £104 a month! I said that couldn't be correct and very briefly put him on hold so I could talk to R about it, but then he hung up.

I guess I'll have to try again another day.
