Receptacles

I did have a more suitable photo on my camera of the view through the window of snow falling heavily outside. Sadly my camera's connection through the hospital (generally v good) Wi-Fi is not working.

So this view of two juxtaposed receptacles will have to do. The full one is my coffee on the left. The other is empty!!

Being in hospital brings you up with the realities of life and ageing. Lots of efforts with the screens to provide privacy but that does not stop you overheating say a 74 year old being advised on the procedures for a prostrate examination for the first time. But at the same time as the rest of us were having lunch??

These minor details apart the staff have been superb. So many blood samples taken as they try to find what has caused my current condition. All very caring.

Thanks to them and to everyone who has posted kind comments. Your support is very encouraging.
